1. General YoungGranny Boutique is an online store based in South Africa, offering curated thrifted clothing, accessories, and original in-house designs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products We offer two categories of products:

  • Thrifted Items & Accessories — pre-loved, one-of-a-kind pieces sold as-is
  • YoungGranny Original Designs — brand new, in-house designed pieces

3. Refunds & Returns Please refer to our Refund Policy above.

4. Payment Payment is due at the time of placing your order. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept major payment methods including credit/debit card and EFT. YoungGranny Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
